Butterfly boucher, Seklias musiknya seperti Sarah Mclachlan, memang pertama kali aku mendengarnya, seperti aku mendengar lagu Angel milik Sarah for the first time , the moment I heard it, as if I was desperately needed someone to give up their life as an Angel to become Human. Yes I was that Sentimentally moved by Nicolas Cage.
Anyway, I look up this Singer, Butterfly Boucher….siapakah dia?
So Butterfly boucher adalah penyanyi dan penulis lagu dari Australia. Dan memang dia pernah menjadi penyanyi pembuka untuk concert Sarah Mclachlan.
Album pertamanya di release pada tahun 2003, dengan judul album Flutterby. Single “a bitter song” menjadi single pertamanya untuk albumnya yang kedua, special di launch pada serial Grey’s Anatomy.
Untuk istilah Boucher sendiri, aku masih sedikit bingung. Apa gitu ya, artinya…turns out, Boucher is a French painter and decorative artist. One of the foremost artists of the rococo style in France.
So I guess, she likes this painter dude…so I dunno…someone can help me figure it out…
Dari albumnya Flutterby, ternyata sudah ada beberapa lagu yang diambil untuk dijadikan soundtrack serial tv lain, seperti “Never leave your heart alone” digunakan pada program “as if”, “Life is short” untuk opening program “The Days” juga untuk “spin city”. Dan lagu “I cant make me” untuk serial tv Charmed. Ada juga untuk film Shrek, memakai lagu “Changes” yang ia bawakan duet bareng David Bowie.
At this moment, this song is literally my bitter song of the moment.
It drowned me well to lift me up!!!!
